Following extensive negotiations with our client to identify valued engineered savings, Bramber were appointed to convert this vacant industrial tool hire shop into two maisonettes and 3 three bedroom townhouses.
Bramber were employed through a design and build contract to redevelop this ‘compact’ site in a conservation area on a busy junction between a residential road and the main A259. As the works were adjacent to the main carriageway on one side and a busy residential street on the other, we undertook a comprehensive pre-planning exercise to ensure we minimised the disruption to local residents and motorists.
Key successes of the project were:
