Formerly St Francis Hospital and constructed in 1859 this Grade II listed building was developed in 1995 in to luxury housing. Beautiful surroundings set in the centre of Sussex Bramber have worked on site for many years predominantly carrying out planned maintenance and repairs for our client.
Works to the welsh slate roof, retaining walls to the ornamental gardens, maintenance and decorations all figured in the scope of works carried out. Close liaison with conservation officers including sample works, monitoring, use of lime mortar with hand cut bricks and approval has ensured our works remained in keeping with its conservation listing.
With views from the ornamental gardens towards the Southdown's it is hard to imagine a better place to work on a summers day.Janette Jennings, Contracts manager
