This town centre site in Mill Road, Worthing sits within a conservation area, so required careful consideration during the demolition and development process. The conversion of the existing building and development of the new build was completed and delivered on time and on budget – it was handed over with zero defects (a passion of ours!)

Key successes of the project included:

  • The scheme included several restrictive planning conditions that were successfully dealt with by Bramber including the remediation of contaminated land issues.
  • The new development was a combination of sympathetic new build and conversion/refurbishment of an existing retained building.
  • The new homes were constructed in traditional materials to blend in with the existing and surrounding areas.
  • The homes were built to NHBC standards and were handed over defect free.
