Demolition of a former agricultural building made way for this luxury modern development of four beautiful homes in a rural Hampshire.
Planning permission was granted for the homes to be constructed around a shared planted courtyard, an attractive feature for the homes.
Selecting from sustainable resources, the traditional build included hardwood cladding to the external elevations, with landscaped gardens surrounded by post and rail fencing which blend the development seamlessly into its surroundings.
Modern fixtures and fittings to all areas including the kitchens and bathrooms were completed by some of the very best local tradespeople.
Stand out features of this project included:
- Luxurious, modern fixtures and fittings throughout
- High-end kitchens
- Oak clad external features from sustainable sources
- Open bay garages
- Underfloor heating
- Multi fuel stoves
This was an imaginative and interesting housing construction project to be involved with, cleverly blended in to its rural surroundings.
